Wag-N-Sniff

Recovery With Dogs (RWD) is delivered through paid partnerships and hosted sessions with organisations, schools, and community spaces.
RWD offers structured, dog-led sessions that support regulation, confidence, routine, and connection through shared activity in real-world settings.
Using calm, well-matched dogs, sessions are practical and relationship-led, creating safe, low-pressure environments where people can engage at their own pace.
Who is

for?
Recovery With Dogs (RWD) is for people who struggle to regulate, engage, or stay consistent in everyday life.
This often shows up as finding busy environments overwhelming, struggling to concentrate or settle, withdrawing from groups, or becoming emotionally overloaded under pressure.
RWD supports people navigating challenges such as anxiety, burnout, addiction or recovery journeys, neurodivergence, grief, trauma, or long-term stress, particularly where these difficulties make traditional, talk-based or performance-led settings hard to access.
The work is delivered through calm, structured interaction with dogs, prioritising safety, regulation, and participation over instruction, compliance, or outcomes.

Schools & Children
For schools, RWD can support children and young people who find the classroom environment challenging, especially where regulation, attention, emotional overwhelm, or social pressure affects their ability to engage.
Sessions focus on predictable, low-pressure interaction with dogs through structured activity, supporting emotional regulation, confidence, and safe participation without expectations to perform, speak, or “behave well”.
How this is delivered?
RWD is delivered in partnership with organisations, schools, and community spaces seeking a practical, relationship-led alternative where conventional approaches have not been a good fit..
